What to expect at OASIS
We’ll provide semi structured sessions for you to choose what works for you, and find space for the thoughts and feelings you wish to explore. There is no charge, and there will be a free light lunch for everyone who wishes to stay.
Sessions will include opportunities to experience
- Mindful movement
- Restorative relaxation
- Guided meditations
- Craft and wellbeing
These sessions will conclude with a short act of reflective Christian worship.
